Choosing between SNCR and SCR when building a new NOx control system

Secondary Emission Control Technology used in Power Plants and Utilities to control emissions of Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) can be Selective Non Catalytic Reduction (SNCR) or Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR).  SNCR and SCR  are both common technologies used for NOx control. However, it is not an easy choice to know which one to choose.
